The two vehicles collided on Herries Road, just off the junction at Parkwood Road North.

The crash caused an oil spill and the debris was strewn across the surface.

As a result, police diverted traffic away from the scene.

South Yorkshire Police said: “There were no serious injuries and the reason it was closed was due to debris from the crash.”

The road has now been cleared and traffic has been allowed to pass through.
