Music, dancing and a dog show is set to take over Sheffield’s Peace Gardens as the city’s Pinknic event returns on Saturday.
Organisers LBGT Sheffield say it will be ‘bigger and better’ than ever before - with a second venue on The Moor for evening events.
From 11am to 7pm, the focus is on the Peace Gardens, where there will be retailers, food and drink,live music, dance, an assault course and fitness class.
At 7.30pm guests can move to Theatre Delicatessen on The Moor for a play and screening.
A Pinknic spokesman said: “Pinknic provides a showcase for what an LGBT inclusive Sheffield willlook like – vibrant, exciting and creative.
“It shows we are a visible community which deserves to be taken seriously.”
