Measures to address anti-social behaviour at a Sheffield McDonalds have been hailed by police as a 'huge success'.
Police were receiving a high number of calls regarding the McDonalds restaurant on Penistone Road, and local officers began working closely with management to address the issue.
According to South Yorkshire Police, these operations have been a huge success and have resulted in the number of incidents of anti-social behaviour falling.
A number of parent advisory letters have also been sent out and two youths are being dealt with for damage caused to the car park at the nearby Morrisons superstore.
McDonalds say they reserve the right to refuse to serve individuals and have also issued banning letters.
Police say the operations will continue and residents are encouraged to talk to officers in the community if they have any concerns.
