A man in his 20s has been stabbed in the chest in Sheffield in the early hours of this morning.
The incident happened in the Spa Lane Croft area of Woodhouse.
A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police said emergency services were called at 12.10am to reports that a 28-year-old man had been injured.
She said: “The 28-year-old received treatment for a minor puncture wound to his chest, believed to be a knife wound.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
