Sheffield law firm completes job saving deals worth £1m
Corporate recovery and insolvency specialists MD Law have completed five deals worth nearly £1m in just three months '“ helping to save nearly 150 jobs.
The Sheffield-based firm acted for joint administrators on three of the transactions which sold firms out of administration. They included Chesterfield tool manufacturer Peak Toolmakers, which was acquired by its sister company that safeguarded 46 jobs.
