Sheffield Driver charged for being 11 times over legal drug drive limit

A Sheffield motorist has been charged with driving while 11 times over the drug driving limit, according to South Yorkshire Police.

South Yorkshire Police shared this image of the driver’s roadside drug breathalyser test, from January 10 2016, on Twitter this evening.

It shows the driver had more than 11 times the legal limit of cannabis in their system.

Another tweet by SYP Ops Support said: “The driver was stopped leaving a car cruise in #Sheffield on 10/1/16. Charged tonight. A ban awaits I am sure #OpIlluminate.”
