Post Pawz in Mansfield Road, Intake, was broken into in the early hours of Monday - one week after the business was first raided.

On the first occasion the culprit smashed the back door to gain entry, but on Monday a spare key taken during last week's burglary was used.

Owner Rebecca Crossland, aged 42, said she suspects the equipment was stolen for another dog groomer.

"Apart from my float all that was taken was dog grooming equipment, such as scissors and clippers, so I am sure these break-ins were purely to get equipment for another groomer," she said.

"I built up the equipment over nine years and it's expensive, but I won't let this stop me working.

"I have some great customers and they have all been supportive."
