Tickets for a ball to raise money for the Sheffield Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre are still on sale.
The centre at the Northern General Hospital uses cutting-edge technology allowing essential treatment and medical procedures to be provided by staff, while giving a comfortable home-from-home atmosphere.
A fundraising ball, organised by the South Yorkshire Medico-Legal Society, is to be held at Baldwin’s Omega, Sheffield, on Friday, May 20.
Money will go to the Sheffield Hospitals Charity to pay for treatment and research into cystic fibrosis - where mucus in the lungs causes breathing difficulties and can lead to regular chest infections.
