A small garden fire spread to a shed, damaging a home in Sheffield.

Firefighters were called to Merlin Way, Firth Park, at about 1.30am this morning.

A shed and a conifer had caught alight.

The flames caused external damage to the neighbouring house, but were put out by about 3am.

No-one was injured.
