Seeking city's trades people
The search is on in Sheffield to find the UK's Best Trade Apprentice for 2016.
Screwfix has launched the competition to recognise the best builders, engineers and plumbers in the country and have a trade business prize pack worth £10,000 to give away. The pack contains everything they need to set up on their own, including a Google Nexus tablet, a laptop, £5000 of Screwfix products and £3000 of training courses.
Screwfix marketing director John Mewett said: “As a key supplier to the trade we believe it’s vital that we recognise and reward the future tradesmen across the UK as they really are the foundation of any community, ensuring homes and businesses are fit for purpose.”
