Million-selling British pop band Scouting For Girls have announced a live concert at Doncaster Racecourse on Saturday 3 August.
This announcement is part of a huge line-up of live outdoor concerts at Town Moor this summer.
Already announced are the UK’s top girl group The Saturdays, boy band Lawson and hugely popular Ronan Keating who will all perform after racing on fixtures this summer.
Concert goers can enjoy racing before the stars perform – all as part of the ticket price. Scouting For Girls are one of the biggest pop bands in the UK with four Brit Awards, two Ivor Novello nominations and four Top Ten singles. The band will be playing a mixture of their hit filled back catalogue including ‘This Aint A Love Song’, ‘Summertime In The City’, ‘She’s So Lovely’, ‘Elvis Ain’t Dead’, ‘Heartbeat’ and ‘It’s Not About You’, to name a few.
Tickets for the concerts start at just £30 and include the entire experience – racing followed by the outdoor live music concert.
Under 18 tickets are just £11 each and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Tickets can be booked online at www.doncaster-racecourse.co.uk or by calling the racecourse on 01302 511918.
Mark Spincer, managing director at Doncaster Racecourse said: “Scouting For Girls are the perfect addition to our summer music concert line-up. Our three outdoor concerts this summer offer a unique experience to enjoy a day at the races followed by some of the UK’s biggest acts performing live on our outdoor stage.”
