Scores of homes on Manor estate
Proposals to build more than 180 new houses on the Manor are expected to get the go-ahead.
Planning officers have recommended that the scheme - on land between Harborough Avenue, Raynald Road and Fretson Road -should be approved at a meeting on Tuesday.
The properties are set to be built by the Sheffield Housing Company, a partnership of the council, Keepmoat and Great Places which aims to create 2,300 homes over 15 years.
