Meet the delightful Scooby - the gorgeous five-year-olbull mastiff Scooby arrived at Sheffield Animal Centre in September and is now on the lookout for his new forever home.

He has spent the last few years with a wonderful local family who, unfortuntately, due to a change in circumstances beyond their control, have now had to give him up.

Scooby is described as ‘initially a bit of a worrier, who allows his true, puppy-like nature to shine through when he gets to know someone’.

RSPCA Sheffield staff say Scooby would benefit from a relatively quiet home where he can get to know and trust his owners over time and enjoy some peace.

He would be better suited to a home with older children, and a home with another dog may well be a possibility as he seems to enjoy canine company, if the other dog is relatively calm.

Scooby is tan in colour and has no known health issues.

He requires lots of love and attention and an average of two 30 minute walks every day. His favourite food is James Wellbeloved Complete.

A spokesman for RSPCA Sheffield said: “This handsome and loving lad is dying for a second chance with another family.
“Could you offer him the loving new home he deserves?”
