RSPCA seek owner of dog found with bleeding tumour in Rotherham street

RSPCA inspectors are searching for the owner of a dog found with a bleeding tumour in a Rotherham street.

The brindle and white boxer type dog was found at the side of the road on Town Lane, Greasbrough, last Wednesday.

She had a large ulcerated tumour which she had been chewing, causing it to bleed.

RSPCA inspector Sara Jordan said: “The poor girl is skinny, with a large and obvious tumour which it appears she has been chewing, causing it to bleed.

“She had no collar and ID tag or microchip so at the moment I have no idea who she belongs to.

“I need to speak to her owner to let them know she is safe and to discuss how she ended up in this condition.”
