Royston Juniors win league and a new strip from their sponsors

The Royston Dynamos Junior Football Club - who finished top of their under 12s Junior Minor Football League - have won fresh sponsorship from motor dealership Perrys Citroen and Vauxhall.

Perrys, in Barugh Green, has been supporting Royston Dynamos for more than eight years and the latest donation of 300 has enabled the team to design and buy 15 football kits.

Perrys has also donated four tickets to a Barnsley Football Club match, which the team will auction off to raise additional funds. The club trains every week and usually plays matches each Sunday.

Karen Seddon, who helps out with the team, said: “Perrys has been a great club supporter over the years, always helping out whenever we need it.

“The new kit is fantastic.”

As a special thank you Karen presented Perrys with a commemorative plaque.
