Raggett becomes the Millers fifth summer signing, following in the footsteps of Clark Robertson, Kyle Vassell, Zak Vyner and Billy Jones in joining Paul Warne’s revolution.
The 24-year-old made two appearances for the Canaries in the Championship last season but he also spent time on loan at Lincoln City.
