Rotherham United: Seven things you may not know about Millers new boy Kelvin Wilson
Nottingham Forest have paid close to £3 million for Kelvin Wilson during his career - £300,000 to sign him from Preston in in 2006 and £2.5m to bring him back from Celtic in 2013.
Wilson made his breakthrough for Notts County in the 2004/05 season, winning Players’ Player of the Year and Most Improved Player awards.

Hide AdHe was part of the Forest side which won promotion to the Championship in 2007/08, keeping a league record of 24 clean sheets.
On April 13 2009, he was sent off for headbutting Greg Halford, now his Rotherham United teammate, during a Sheffield United v Forest Championship clash. The pair later played together for Forest.
Wilson gave one of the finest performances of his career on October 23 2012 when he kept Lionel Messi goalless during Celtic’s 2-1 Champions League defeat against Barcelona in the Nou Camp.
He also excelled in the return match when Celtic famously beat Barca 2-1 at Celtic Park to reach the last 16 of Europe’s top club competition.

Hide AdHe underwent back surgery in November 2013 after rejoining Forest from Celtic and his second spell at the City Ground, before his release this summer, was hit by injury. He was superb in Forest’s 2-0 home win over Rotherham on March 18 2015 during the Millers’ first season back in the second tier.
