Rotherham Titans new boy is settling into his new life in Sheffield Andrew Lawton
Thomas is one of more than 20 new signings at Titans as head coach Justin Burnell transforms a club he saved from relegation last season.
Less than 10 senior players remain from the last campaign but Thomas believes the new squad are bonding well.

“Sheffield is a big city and I didn’t know what to think of it but as soon as I got in with the boys they made me feel so welcome.
“Justin gave me a call and explained what they had in mind and where they were going forward and it got me quite excited and I wanted to be a part of it going forward. It’s taken us some time in training getting used to each other and working out how we all play but that’s only going to come with more games we play and that’s why pre-season is so important to us.
“We’re looking sharp at the minute so hopefully we can carry on last year’s good form. We’ve got a couple of weeks before the first game against London Welsh but we’re ready for it.”
