Rotherham students showcase their make-up skills during disaster training exercise

Students from Rotherham College put their make-up skills to the test when they helped create mock injuries as part of an emergency services training exercise in London.

The four day exercise involved firefighters, police officers and paramedics and was based around the scenario of a building collapsing onto a tube station in the capital.

Media make-up staff and students had 1,000 casualties to prepare.
