Rotherham PCSOs rescue stranded bride

Rotherham North NHP shared details on social media of how their PCSO's came to the rescue of a bridal party this afternoon, when the tyre of the limousine they were travelling in blew out and shattered the wheel rim.

The Bride and her party were then left stranded on Cortonwood bypass following the incident.

On Facebook, the force said: "After assisting the driver with a wheel change we then escorted the wedding party to the church in Chapletown, where they all arrived safely, although a little late.

"It's all in a days work, and a job like no other."
