Rotherham council house tenants offered help to buy homes
Up to £20,000 is being offered to Rotherham Council tenants who want to buy their own home under a new Government-backed scheme.
The Social Mobility Scheme helps tenants who qualify for Right to Buy but who don’t want to purchase their current home.
