Dave is the trainer of fighter Tony Bellew who is one of the main characters in the new Rocky film.

“Mingling with the A-listers was something my daughter will never forget,” he said.

“There were so many big names there, not just boxing, but serious actors and people from music.

“We were sat in front of English actress Thandie Newton, who was really lovely too. The film has got great reviews and has been a smash in the States.

“We really enjoyed it.”
