Riders need a helping hand
RIDING for the Disabled is appealing for volunteers to help out at its site at the Northern Racing College, between Bawtry and Rossington.
Volunteers need no experience but must love working with ponies and horses, and be able to work with disabled people aged from six to 60.
Helpers over 14 who can spare a few hours any day between Monday and Thursday, 12.30pm-4pm and on Saturday midday-4pm can contact the Riding for the Disabled co-ordinator, Siobhan Power, on 01302 722498 for more information.
