As part of The Star's Fairness in Education campaign we are today reporting the best and worst schools in Sheffield, as rated by Ofsted.

Here are all the secondary schools in the city currently rated as ‘inadequate’ – the worst possible ranking – in order of when the inspection took place.

Chaucer, Parson Cross, inspected April 2016

Yewlands, Grenoside, inspected October 2015

Forge Valley Community School, Malin Bridge, inspected March 2013

Outwood Academy City, Stradbroke Road, inspected September 2012
