Reports of assault near Doncaster pub sparks police appeal
Reports of an assault near a Doncaster pub has sparked a police appeal.
Officers say that the attack took place on Warmsworth Road, Balby between the Winning Post pub and the Jet petrol station near the junction with the A1.
The incident involved a ‘number of individuals’ around 10.30pm on Saturday, February 20.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “If you have any information, please call 101 and quote incident number 1168 of 20/02/2016.”
