Recommendation of the week: The Beautiful Touch, Hickmott Road, Sheffield
Sometimes in life, all you want is a piece of great cake. Â
The Beautiful Touch on Hickmott Road offers just that. It's a brand new cafe sandwiched between the food-packed Sharrow Vale and Ecclesall Road. All the cakes are hand-made and were well priced at around £3 when we visited. Try the chocolate pecan tart, with perfectly formed pastry and a decadent ganache type filling, or one of the many different varieties of cupcake.
The friendly service is just the icing on the cake.
