Recognition for Rotherham's diverse mix of independent shops
Rotherham town centre has been recognised for its diverse mix of independent shops.
It was named as category winner and overall winner in the Association of Town and City Management’s annual awards in London, with judges also acknowledging the support being given to entrepreneurs in the town.
Last December, the High Street beat off competition to win the Great British High Street competition and in February the town’s Tuesday market was named Best Large Outdoor Market award in the National Association of Borough Market Authorities awards.we
