West Yorkshire-based O’Haras Ltd was then appointed liquidators of the firm.

Liquidation is a legal process in which a company is brought to an end. At the end of the process, the company is dissolved and ceases to exist.

The Abacus opened in February, 2011.

Projected net sales for 2015 were £570,741. Turnover was £710,724 during 2014.

It is not known how many people have lost their jobs following its closure.
