One in four adults in Yorkshire have confessed to getting on a train without paying for a ticket.
A poll of 2,000 people found 25 per cent of people confessed.
Two-thirds said they would keep a £20 note lying on the floor in a public area, with 48 per cent admitting to lying to avoid getting into trouble in the past. .
But 74 per cent said they consider themselves to be trustworthy.
