Is it just me or is anyone else getting a wee bit sick of hearing about this long-running saga about, ‘save our trees’?
I love reading the Star, mainly to keep up to date about the goings on in and around Sheffield, but this never-ending debate about whether to take certain trees down or not in our area is getting boring now.
You’ve made your case, and more, now let it be.
I’ve worked all over England, Scotland and Wales and Sheffield is still one of the greenest cities in Britain.
I’d like to bet that there is a woods or a park within a mile of anyone of these campaigners.
Just look at the episode of the Rustlings Road saga, Endcliffe park is bang across the road, and it’s full of trees.
So, come on people, give it a rest now, enough is enough.
