Power cut hits 140 Sheffield homes
Around 140 homes have been hit by a power cut in Sheffield this morning.
The lights went out in the Sharrow Vale Road area of the city at 6.30am.
The Northern Powergrid said this was because of an 'unexpected problem with the cables or equipment.'
Staff are on site attempting to fix the problem and the power should be back on by about 9.45am.
