A POST officer worker in Sheffield was pushed to the ground during a raid in which armed robbers demanded cash, police have revealed.

He was working at the post office on Colley Road, Parson Cross, when four men - one armed with a hammer - burst in.

They threatened the postal worker with violence during the raid at around 6.30pm on Saturday, December 3.

One of the men hunted by police, pictured above, was white with a dark complexion, a shaven head and dark facial stubble.

Police have issued a CCTV still of a man, who they say could ‘hold vital information’.

Anyone with any information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident 958 of December 3, or Crimstoppers on 0800 555111.
