Porn website use in Sheffield has rocketed during lockdown – with the city named as one of the top UK cities where demand has shot up.

Figures released by Pornhub, one of the world’s biggest pornographic websites, show that visits to its website are up 22% in Sheffield.

Visits went up in the week from Apil 6-10, compared to usual average visitor figures.

Birmingham topped the list – with 36% per cent more visitors, while in Scotland, Pornhub usage has increased by 33 %.

Sheffield was Yorkshire’s most porn obssessed city, ahead of Leeds where usage increased by 18%.

Of the cities surveyed by the hardcore website, Manchester saw the lowest increase in users at just 14%.

As well as Birmingham and Scotland, Sunderland, Northern Ireland, London and Newcastle also ranked above Sheffield.

Across England, the average increase in visitors to the site was 21%.
