LITTLE Mason Sneddon met one of the country’s favourite children’s characters when he went on a trip to the shops.
The three-year-old posed with Peppa Pig, the famous cartoon character, who was visiting Asda in Carcroft on a charity fundraising tour.
Peppa was at the store to raise cash for Tommy’s, a charity which funds research into the causes and prevention of premature birth, miscarriage and stillbirth.
The charity wants to halve the number of babies who die during pregnancy or birth by 2030. The store sold Peppa items for the charity.
