Hide AdIn total, 797 sqm of office space will be provided and the work will utilize the car parking at the ex-workshop’s bottom level.
Ahead of the meeting, officers said in a report: “Overall, the scheme is considered to meet the requirements of the relevant local and national planning policies.”
There were seven representations made across two rounds of consultation, from three addresses.
This included councillors Alison Teal and Barbara Masters and the Banner Cross Neighbourhood Group.
