Hide AdA report supporting the application says that the site consists of land currently used for car parking within Wombwell Lane RetailPark, and 43 spaces will be lost.
The report adds: "The site has a fairly complex planning history going back several years with different consents for different parts of the retail park. For this reason, the owners sought a fresh planning permission for the whole site and all previous planning permissions are now superseded by this new permission.
"Vehicular access to the shared car park will be as existing for the Retail Park.
