Architects at Coda have created the latest phase of the Sky-House concept specifically for the site, which is close to Fox Valley shopping park, and will put in a new planning application.
Sky-House’s 21st Century take on back-to-back housing creates ‘sensitively dense, beautiful and naturally eco-friendly homes complete with their signature roof gardens, terraces and expansive windows’.
David Cross, Sky-House co-founder, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the phenomenal response to Sky-House and delighted at the way the concept is now spreading throughout South Yorkshire.

“We believe these final plans provide the best possible use for the site, bringing much needed new housing stock for this growing and increasingly popular north Sheffield community.”
