Police team up with South Yorkshire students for anti-hate crime campaign

Police visited Dearne Valley College in Rotherham to for a special information roadshow to raise awareness about hate crime.

Police community support officers set up a stall, spoke with students and provided them with leaflets that detailed the differences between hate crimes and hate incidents.

The students were also informed about Operation Solar, the anonymous reporting system set up in Rotherham, along with the contact details of third part reporting centres such as True Vision.
