Two men are being hunted by police in Sheffield over the theft of a car and use of a stolen bank card.

A red Skoda Fabia was stolen from Gleadless Road, Gleadless, last month and a bank card left inside was stolen and used.

The Skoda, which had the registration number FL05 LWC, has not been recovered by police.

Officers have released photographs of two men they believe could hold vital information about the theft.

A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said:" Between 9.45pm on Tuesday, August 30 and 10am on Wednesday, August 31, it is reported that persons unknown stole a red Skoda Fabia from Gleadless Road, Gleadless.

"It is understood that the victim’s bank card was inside the car when it was stolen, which is believed to have been used a number of times after the incident.

"Officers are keen to speak to the men pictured as it’s believed they could hold vital information."
