
As the woman walked along Lyons Street, Pitsmoor, at about 9.15am on Monday October, 3 she was approached by two men, who are said to have assaulted her before snatching her handbag and stealing some money.
The two men then ran from the area towards Ellesmere Walk. The woman was left extremely shaken by what happened. Investigating officers want to hear from anyone who has any information about the incident.
One of the men is described as black, large build, with black hair in corn rows. He was clean-shaven and was wearing black trousers and brightly coloured top.
The second man is believed to be of Somali origin, tall, slim, with a short goatee beard. He is described as having a gold tooth on one of this top front teeth and was wearing blue jeans, black jacket and hat.
