Mr Keeton, of Grimes-thorpe, was driving a Renault Trafic van along the B6083 Newhall Road when it was involved in a crash with a Rover 75 at the junction with the A6109 Brightside Lane, Attercliffe.

His van ended up on its side and came to rest against the railings of a pelican crossing.
