Kyle, 25, has not been seen since November 10 – and police and his family are growing increasingly concerned.

Now officers leading the hunt for Kyle have revealed that newly discovered CCTV footage showed him walking towards Doncaster town centre shortly after 9am on that day and believe he may have been in the town centre around lunchtime.

Further enquiries have now revealed that Kyle was seen on CCTV walking back into the town centre along Bawtry Road shortly after 9am.

Superintendent Neil Thomas said: “We now understand that Kyle turned around and started to walk back in to Doncaster town centre shortly after 9am on the morning he was last seen.

“Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to find any further CCTV that would indicate to us where Kyle went next. As you can imagine, there are many areas covered by CCTV in Doncaster town centre and there are intensive, concerted efforts ongoing to trawl this footage as thoroughly as we can. So far, however, this has not given us any new lines of enquiry.

“Last week, we spoke about our enquiries to trace Kyle’s phone, which we believe he did have with him. This difficult and complex work has produced a potential new line of enquiry that I want to highlight with the public today.

“We now believe that Kyle’s phone, and we assume Kyle too, was in the vicinity of the Bennetthorpe, South Parade and Carr House Road (A18) between 1pm and 2pm on Tuesday 10 November.

“This is still within Doncaster town centre, so my appeal to the Doncaster community today is this: were you in this area last Tuesday lunchtime, either on your daily exercise or travelling through for work? Were you on a lunch break in the town centre?

“Did you see anyone matching Kyle’s description? If so, please contact us as soon as possible.”
