Police incident on major Rotherham road
Bus services are being diverted due to a ‘police incident’ in Rotherham town centre this evening.
First South Yorkshnire said services X1 and 34 were unable to serve Alma Road.
It said services were diverting via Corporation Street, Bridge Street , Centenary Way, St Ann's roundabout, Drummond Street, Clifton Lane then resume normal routes.
The Star has contacted South Yorkshire Police for more information and is awaiting a response.
