Police find body in search for missing Sheffield man
South Yorkshire police have found a body in the search for a man who went missing from Sheffield last week.
Yesterday evening, May 9, officers searching the Lodge Moor area of Sheffield, found the body of a man believed to be that of 49-year-old Mark Richardson.
Mark was reported missing on May 4, after last being seen in the Firth Park/ Wincobank area of Sheffield.
Although formal identification is yet to take place, his family have been informed and are receiving specialist support.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
