Police called to 'suspicious item' on South Yorkshire bus
Police were called to a South Yorkshire bus station yesterday after reports a 'suspicious item' had been discovered.
Officers attended Doncaster Interchange late yesterday afternoon after the discovery was made on a bus.
Part of the bus station was closed off to the public.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said the item was later found to be an item of lost property and the station fully reopened.
