Police called to reports of concerns for man's safety after falling into a fishing pond
Police were called to reports for the concern of the safety of a man at a fishing pond in Barnsley on Monday evening (October 26).

South Yorkshire Police said they were called to Athersley fishing pond in Carlton at around 6.30pm.
The police then conducted enquiries at the pond and in the local area where they identified and spoke to the man in question.
It is believed the man, aged 30, had fallen into the pond earlier in the evening and suffered minor injuries.
