Police and ambulance service called to Sheffield street after man’s body discovered

A member of the public discovered the body of a man in a Sheffield street, it has emerged today.

South Yorkshire Police said the grim discovery was made at 7am on Monday, October 28 in the Roman Ridge Road area of Wincobank.

The member of the public who found the body raised the alarm and both Yorkshire Ambulance Service and South Yorkshire Police responded.
