Plans for pop-up bar at fashion shop in Sheffield city centre

BAL Fashions and Knitwear, on Exchange Street in Castlegate, would be used as a 'drinking establishment', under plans submitted to Sheffield Council.

Steven MacKay has applied to host events at the shop, which has three floors and sits opposite the boarded-up old Castle Market development site, using temporary event notices.
