Plans for library
Ideally, I would wish that the existing building could be adapted to make access easy for all. If this is not possible, then there are two key criteria which should be fulfilled when the library complex is relocated.
1. The new complex should be located within the city centre, so that it is accessible to all by only one bus or tram journey.

I consider both these criteria to be essential if the service offered to the people of Sheffield is not to be diminished. Is the council able to make these commitments?
