Planet Circus big top rolls into Doncaster
Roll up, roll up - Planet Circus has rolled into Doncaster!
The big top has pitched up alongside Doncaster Racecourse on Leger Way and hundreds of people are expected to pack in over the next few days for a feast of fun and entertainment.
This year's show, entitled OMG, features a string of top class performers from around the globe and will be in town until Sunday.
The spectacular new 2016 production includes everything you would expect from a traditional circus but with a modern twist and spectacular thrilling stunt action.
This year's show features the world’s most dangerous circus act, Team Brazil in The Splitting Globe of Death.
Eight motorcyclists will be speeding around inside a steel cage at more than 60mph with performers getting G forces similar to that astronauts experience.
The Splitting Globe of Death features Europe’s youngest stunt rider Peter Pavlov, as seen on CBBC in the My Life Documentary Peter’s Circus.
The Faltyny family will amaze with their amazing whirlwind juggling skills, while direct from Monte Carlo Circus Festival is Gold Medal winner, The Prince of Balance Emil on the unsupported ladder
The Rebels’ Daredevil axe and knife throwing team will be in action while high in the roof of the big top, the Eremia Brothers will amaze with their high speed skill on the thrilling Wheel of Death.
Europe’s funniest female clown Andrea Delbosq will be providing plenty of traditional laughs too.

The big top is in town until Sunday with performances at 5pm and 7.30pm on weekdays, 2pm and 5pm on Saturday and 1pm and 3.30pm on Sunday.
